[Uniforms] Naval Cap - Uniform Change #3, 1866

Hello,

I've been reading Tily's "The Uniforms of the United States Navy."

Tily makes note of a revision to "Regulation for the Uniform of the Navy of the United States" of January 28,1864; "Uniform Change No. 3," dated January 18, 1866. He states that this revision was devoted to the undress cap, and included a pattern.

I am wondering if there is there any way for me to see a this revision, or find a copy of the patterns involved? The local university has quite a few older Navy Department pubs. In which series would I find this included? Is this document online?

If anyone can send me a Xerox, I would be most grateful.

Thanks,

Tom Lundy
