I found a draft summons for James F Bridges listed on-line in the Athens Weekly Review Aug. 9, 1917 from Henderson County Texas

The listing is shown as below:

641 James F. Bridges, Malakoff, R2 245

Im not sure what the numbers refer to but they may be draft notice number or pages numbers, etc.
