You will find the 1813 Uniforms Regulations as well as the 1813 Register for the 22d US Infy.
On p 535 there is a "Report of the Army, its strength and distribution, previous to the 1st of July, 1814". On p 513 there is also a statement dated September 1814 showing the enlistment of all units in the Regular Army up to that date.

Portion of the 22d Infy was in Scott's Brigade in the Army of the Niagara.
The 36th Infy - well what was organized at that time - took part in the defence of Washington in Aug 1814. There are numerous reports about the Washington campaign in the above mentioned book.
