I have no info, but suggest you try the Frederick P. Todd Collection notebooks in the Anne S.K. Brown Military Collection in the John Hay Library at Brown University in Providence.

Todd was very interested in the militia and has notebokks full of all the info he could find with drawings. His notebooks are organized by time period within country. There are two sets of books to look in: the notebooks and the albums. The albums contain photos and drawings, the notebooks detailed notes.
