The folks who re-enact as Pulaski's Independent Legion have done some prime source research on the unit's uniforms, as mentioned on their website. If you have not contacted them, perhaps they have found something regarding the uniform of Pulaski himself.

The equestrian statue of Pulaski in Washington DC wears the uniform of a Polish cavalryman, but I can't find the sculptor's rationale for the decision to do that.
