Here's the accoutrement section of that return, unfortunately out of focus so names of items are hard to make out, except for "Belt plate" in the last column, and probably "flasks" in the first. I enhanced them as much as I could already. You can see the word "Dragoon" in the image.

It helps to look at second image, which is the much clearer photo of a rifle accoutrement list from a page or two previous in the ledger.

Hopefully you can pull these images up on a program where you can zoom in as much as necessary, such as photoshop.
