I am hoping that you can either help me or direct me. I am looking for historic information of a possible Military Base (Army) in Chattanooga, TN circa WWI.

I have stumbled upon a photo of my Grandfather in Uniform and it seems to have a direct connection to Chattanooga TN. I would love to surprise my mother with any information you have or can direct me to.
