[WW I] and War of 1812

I have a scrapbook in my possession that my great-grandfather kept from his days in the Rhode Island National Guard, 3rd Company, Coast Artillary Corps (1911-1913) and then the U.S. Army, 10th Company. He was an amateur photographer and the scrapbook contains photos he took at various events, including the Perry's Victory Centennial Program at Detroit and Put-in-Bay on September 10-11, 1912. Included in the parade photos is a car with some military dignitaries, one of whom I believe may be Retired Lieutenant-General Nelson A. Miles. There are photos of other soldiers in his unit and newspaper clippings. I'm open to sharing what information, photos and newspaper clippings I have (via scans) with interested historians or persons doing research.
