A photo done by a re-enactor group is below. The photo is in Brassey's "Mexican American War" by Ron Field (1997). The photo is based on a description by Sam Chamberlain and goes on to say that hats varied from staws to wide brimmed, black slouches. A Bowie knife is carried in lieu of a bayonet and the rest of the accouterments are standard issue.
There is also a print avaialble from the National Guard (by artist Ken Riley) that depicts the regiment at Buena Vista.
The Company has not done a version of their uniform, however.
