I was a bit surprised that her copy of the book got no bids for the week it was at auction on Ebay. She had a fairly extensive description of the condition of the book, and started the auction at $9.99. All I can think is that it is largely a collector's item and the collectors want one in pristine condition, but who knows? The link to the actual auction is below.
