"Fairly" is the best that anyone can do, really.

During twenty years of service, I learned two things:

Any order that can be misunderstood, already has been....

....and that the American soldier is an amazing and ingenious sort that puts most Reliability/Endurance Testing Labs to shame.

I am one of those that considers the "ChemLite" the perfect soldier's tool.

The soldier HAS to break it to make it work.
