[Gen'l Info] Forts

I received another inquiry on identifying an unknown fort in an old painting. See message below. The image is at the long address given, hope it works.

Was hoping that you might be of help in identifying the fort in this oil on canvas painting found in a Sunbury, Pennsylvania home about 10 years ago. The only flags visible seem to be private ship's ensigns, and the flag
on the fort is not visible. Looks to be an American train with the snowplow that many foreign trains do not have. The architecture looks Western, PA or upstate NY with lots of european influence.
