Instructions
Click on the link below that reflects your membership category. You will be brought to a page for your category which will allow you to choose your membership type and MUIA subscription. It can be different than you had in 2009. The membership totals below reflect a post January 1, 2010 late fee of $10. The MUIA plate series will include 12 plates for 2010.
We ask that you consider making donations to assist in maintaining and expanding the new color format of Military Collector & Historian, and to the newly established CMH Endowment Fund (click here for more info). Buttons are provided for those purposes.
After you have chosen your membership type for 2010 and made any donations you may desire, click on the View Cart button. No shipping, handling, or taxes will be added. On the cart page, review your selections, increase any donations by using the quantity column and Update Cart button, then click on the Checkout with PayPal button to complete your transactions. That will bring you to a PayPal page that will allow you to pay using credit card or pay from a PayPal account with currency in Euros, Pounds Sterling, Canadian Dollars, US Dollars, and Yen. All prices are in US Dollars.
