February 2020 Meeting
The February meeting, therefore will be held this coming Monday, February 3rd at 7:00 PM at the Jefferson Barracks County Park Visitor Center.
Doug Harding our Chapter Vice President and National Park Service park ranger will be our speaker. Doug is a noted regional historian and accomplished historical tailor. He is currently constructing a series of Spanish, British and local colonial uniforms for an upcoming revolutionary war era exhibition at St Genevieve, Missouri. Doug’s talk will focus on his research of original uniforms of multiple eras, reproducing museum quality uniforms and the historical methods of construction. He will have example of his work on hand also.
